Good condition. The ribbon has a slight pink hue to it. This is likely due to some color bleed from the red cotton that compromises the dress. The color is distributed even throughout and does not distract from the look of the piece. A small section of the lace at the hem at the back of the skirt has been worn back, please see last photo to review. There is approx. a 1" tack made near the hem that could be released to restore the dress' original length.
